The busy three-day schedule incorporated a range of workshops and classes: from dancing, yoga and breathing classes, to meditational excursions and inspirational talks. Leading experts from all over the world – including Yoga Girl London (Hannah Barrett) – came to share their work and experiences with guests.
And then there were the chakra healing beds, stand-up paddleboarding, and shiatsu massage chairs. I personally tried as many activities as I could given the timescale; some worked well, others not so much, but what I did appreciate was the variety on offer.
